Thank goodness for you… another catering maven who “gets” it! Remarkably affordable events CAN happen – if the caterer is looking out for their client and wants it to. As you know, these days it pays to be a giver because people are sick and tired of the take, take, take theme that seems to be going on everywhere. But, you know that. This is a great post because not enough catering “foodies” are focused on really helping consumers save $$, but WE are. Like I said, you “get” it. When we help them out, they’ll help us out!
